SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free Standard delivery and Express Delivery (Express Delivery will be charged differently) all over Australia on all orders above $100

For orders below $100 Standard delivery charges may be applied or Click and Collect from (Melbourne Store) is available.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

1- 7-10 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas

2- 10-15 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

The average delivery times for Express delivery are:

1- 4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas.

2- 7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

Please note that during major sales events throughout the year we may take an extra two or three days to prepare your order. This includes both click & collect orders and those delivered. Orders may arrive in more than one shipment as they may be sourced from multiple locations. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday.

Item is damaged / faulty / wrong

  • Junaid Jamshed Australia will pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (damaged/faulty or wrong item) and a full refund or new item will be sent to the customer. 
  • If the item is bought in store, please visit the Melbourne or Sydney store within 15 days of purchase along with the receipt.  
  • If the item/s were bought online please email au.eshop@junaidjamshed.com with a clear image of damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) and provide order number and a Customer service member will assist you with the Refund /Exchange process.

Change of Mind

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied you can Exchange your item(s) that is bought on FULL PRICE

Exchanges can be made within the following timeframes:

 

In store: 15 days from the date of purchase

Online: 15 days from the time you receive the item.

  • If the item/s were bought online, please email au.eshop@junaidjamshed.com and advise what items you want in exchange and a customer service member will assist you with the exchange process. A relevant prepaid satchel of Size must be provided.

Exceptions to our returns policy

Our returns policy does not apply to the following items:

 

  • For any SALE Item/s bought In Store OR Online we do not offer Exchange or Refund, unless manufactures fault.
  • Due to health reasons underwear or undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • Any item purchased from another region (Overseas) are non-exchangeable in Australia
