Change of Mind – Exchanges Only

Exchanges are available within 15 days of purchase for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging which will be verified by the team.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is required.
• The replacement item must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference must be paid.
• Exclusions:
• Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable.
• Full-priced items cannot be exchanged with sale items.
• Items purchased overseas (e.g., from Pakistan) are non-exchangeable in Australia.
• Items damaged after purchase due to misuse, wear, or incorrect washing
  

Exchanging Items Purchased Online

1. Email au.eshop@junaidjamshed.com with your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.
2. Once your request is approved, you must ship the item back to us at your own cost.
3. A flat shipping fee of $18.95 will be charged to resend your exchanged item from us to you.
4. The new item must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference must be paid.

Exchanging Items Purchased in Store

• Bring the item to the store of purchase (Melbourne or Sydney) within 15 days, along with the receipt.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn.
• All other terms for exchange apply as above.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Online Orders:

1. Email au.eshop@junaidjamshed.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.
2. Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions.
3. If approved, we will cover any shipping costs.

In-Store Purchases:

4. Visit the store with the item and receipt within 15 days for assessment and resolution.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on any items, whether full-priced or sale.
• A refund is only issued in cases of a genuine manufacturing fault, verified by our team.
